Rumble Pals is a game made by Chin and Cheeks LLC. This policy says what the game collects, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- A player id. The game signs you in as a guest the first time you open it. We do not ask for your name, email or a password. If your phone is signed in to Apple Game Center, we link your player to your Game Center account.
- Your game progress: your creatures, eggs, currencies and runs, kept on our servers so your progress is safe and fights are fair.
- How you play: which screens you open, how far you get in the tutorial, which starter you pick, your fights, rewards and eggs, and similar game events, tied to your player id. When a session starts we also record your device model and operating system version. We use these to make the game better.
- Crash reports and diagnostics: in the App Store and Google Play versions, when the game crashes or hits an error, Firebase Crashlytics sends a report with the device, the app version, technical error details and a Firebase installation id. We do not give Crashlytics your player id.
- A device check: Apple's App Attest (on iPhone) or Google Play Integrity (on Android) confirms requests come from the real app, to stop cheating.
What we do not do
- No ads, no advertising id and no tracking across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
- The same rules apply to every player, whatever their age.
- There are no in-app purchases yet. We will update this policy before we add them.
Who processes it
Our servers and data run on Google Cloud and Firebase (Google), in the United States. Google receives your IP address as part of normal network requests. Crash reports go to Firebase Crashlytics (Google). Device checks go to Apple or Google.
How long we keep it
Game progress is kept while your player exists. Game events are kept up to 400 days. When a player is deleted, we remove their game events, usually within about two days.
Deleting your data
Email privacy@rumblepals.com and ask us to delete your data. We will help you find your player, then delete it with its progress and game events. A delete button in the game's Settings is coming.
